Mexican Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chili powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Store in airtight container. Sprinkle on chicken, ribs or fish before grilling or baking. Makes 1/2 cup.
May double.
(Low heat.)
