Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 sliced lemons
    2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
    15 ears corn, shucked
    1/2 c. butter
    4 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
    2 gal. water
    15 small red potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Into 2 gallons of water, add sausage, potatoes, onions, lemons, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add butter and melt.
    Add corn and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes or until pink. Drain water.
    Serve on large platter.
    Serves 12.
