Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon (raw)
8 lb. potatoes, cubed and cooked
1 1/2 onions, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
12 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cole slaw dressing
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dice raw bacon and cook in skillet until golden brown.
Drain grease.
Prepare onions, green pepper and eggs, then add bacon to cooked potatoes.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Serve warm.
Serves 25.
