Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
    1 box frozen peas
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain water chestnuts and slice.
    Chop celery.
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, celery and peas.
    Mix all remaining ingredients.
    Add to chicken.
    Toss well.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve on bibb or fresh lettuce.
