Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt
    pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    Barbecue Sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt. Allow to stand overnight covered with foil. Next morning, sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0. Drain grease off then. Uncover and bake 1 hour with Barbecue Sauce.
