Tomato Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges in tomato juice
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    3 c. shredded green cabbage
Preparation
    Drain tomato juice and reserve.
    In medium skillet, heat tomato liquid and bouillon until it dissolves.
    Stir in cabbage. Cover tightly.
    Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in tomatoes.
    Cover, cook until cabbage is crisp-tender and tomatoes are heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes (45 calories each serving).
    Serves 4.
