Scandinavian Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
3 c. thinly sliced cucumbers

Preparation

Stir together sour cream, parsley, tarragon vinegar, sugar and chives.
Fold in cucumbers.
Cover and chill.
