Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cubed raw potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a heavy pot, saute pepper, celery and onion in margarine until onion is transparent.
    Add chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Make a thin white sauce with margarine, flour and milk; slowly add to soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
