Parmesan Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix meat, 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce, crackers, 1/2 cup of the cheese, onion and egg.
    Shape into loaf in a 12 x 8 baking dish.
    Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or to desired doneness.
