Chocolate Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strong coffee (cooled) or 1 c. water
1/3 c. corn oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, stir all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix together all liquid ingredients.
Pour liquid ingredients into middle of dry ingredients.
Stir with a fork, scraping sides and corners of pan, until the mixture is uniform in color.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in the pan before cutting.
