"Crumpton Cornbread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal mix
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients well and pour in heated muffin pan greased with
    1/2
    teaspoon Crisco corn oil.
    Fill each muffin cup 2/3
    full.\tBake
    at
    450\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
