Berry Tapioca Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. fresh or well drained frozen strawberries or raspberries
    1/2 c. and 1 Tbsp. small pearl tapioca
    1 small box strawberry or raspberry jello
Preparation
    Boil water and salt.
    Add tapioca and cook slowly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add sugar and jello.
    Stir well.
    Cool overnight in refrigerator.
    Before serving, add berries and Cool Whip.
