Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and cut in Crisco until it looks like coarse meal.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to dry ingredients gently.
    Pour in buttermilk and work to a nice dough. Roll out about 1/4 inch on a floured board and cut with biscuit cutters.
    Dip in melted butter and place in pans, arranging biscuits as Parker House rolls.
    Freeze and bake directly from the freezer at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
