Flour Tortillas(Tortillas De Harina) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lard
    about 1/2 c. warm water
    additional lard and flour
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour and salt in a medium bowl.
    Rub in 1/4 cup lard, with fingers until evenly mixed.
    Gradually stir in enough water to make soft dough.
    Divide dough into quarters, making 12 pieces of soft dough in all.
    Shape each into a small ball, with your hands.
    Preheat griddle over medium heat and grease lightly.
    Shape each ball into a flat round patty.
    On a lightly floured surface, roll out each to an 8-inch circle.
    Cook until bubbles form on top.
    Turn tortillas down until underside is flecked with brown.
    Makes 12 tortillas.
