Microwave Brownie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cook
chocolate
and
butter
in a 4-cup dish on Medium 1 1/2 to\t2
minutes.
Stir in sugar.
Stir a small amount of hot mixture into eggs;\treturn to hot mixture.\tStir in flour, baking powder,
salt,
vanilla and nuts.
Spread in a 2-quart round dish,
lightly
greased.
Cook on Medium or Slow Cook 7 minutes. Turn
dish\t2
times.
Then
cook on High 3 minutes. Cool and cut into wedges.
