Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine in a large bowl Crisco, brown sugar, vanilla, milk and 1 egg.
Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add flour, salt and baking soda until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
