Venison With Eggs(A Man'S Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces venison per person
    2 eggs per person
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Slice venison 1/2 inch thick.
    Salt, pepper and sprinkle with flour.
    Pound in seasoning.
    Place meat in oiled heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Cover with an inverted pie plate and leave to brown 5 minutes.
    Remove pie plate; turn and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove meat and drop the eggs into the skillet; add 2 or 3 drops of water. Cover with pie pan again.
    Steam the eggs 3 minutes without turning.
    Can use same skillet after removing eggs to make a pan of gravy.
    This is good.
