Mom'S Quick Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. chocolate
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine or 1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar to sour milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Put in saucepan the chocolate, water and butter and boil 2 to 3 minutes.
    Place in bowl to cool slightly, then add rest of ingredients all at once.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook or cake will be dry!
