Stuffed Grilled Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. smoked sausage
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together hamburger, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs.
    Shape into 10 thin hamburgers.
    Dice onion, sausage, cheese and mushrooms; then mix and sprinkle on half the burgers.
    Top with second burger and seal the edges. Cook on a grill until well done.
