Mincemeat Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. ready to use mincemeat
1/3 c.sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together margarine and cream cheese until well blended. Mix in flour.
Shape dough into smooth ball.
Wrap in aluminum foil and chill at least 1 hour.
Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with 3-inch round cookie cutter.
Place about 1 teaspoon of mincemeat in center of each round.
Fold over and press edges together.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Roll cookies in mixture.
Cool.
Makes about 2 dozen.
