Seafood Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    2 qt. water
    1 can whole Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    3 c. okra, chopped
    3 pods garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. green onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    Tony's creole seasoning
    Tabasco to taste
    red and black pepper to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp or crawfish
Preparation
    Make roux by stirring flour and shortening over medium heat until well browned.
    In a large pan, mix roux, water, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add celery, bell pepper, okra, onions and garlic.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add parsley, green onion, seafood, salt, red and black pepper and Tabasco.
    Cook 1 hour. Serve over rice.
