Beets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small can beets
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Cook juice of beets, sugar and cornstarch; stir until thickened.
Add orange juice and beets; cook until thickened.
Add butter.
Add salt.
Serve hot.
