Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1/3 c. chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and seasoned
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in a heated greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
