Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 box Velveeta (2 lb.)
    2 beaten eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 stick oleo
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook eggs, sugar, vinegar and salt until boiling, stirring constantly.
    Add butter, then slowly add cheese.
    Cut in small pieces, stirring until melted.
    Add chopped pimentos; let cool until warm.
    Pour into containers and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 5 butter containers full.
