Crunch Pieces - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 column soda crackers (unsalted)
2 sticks margarine
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. morsels (peanut butter, chocolate or butterscotch; Note: I prefer butterscotch)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Put layers of crackers on foil-lined 15 x 10-inch pan.
Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers and bake for 7 minutes (watch carefully).
Remove from oven and spread morsels on top of hot crackers with back of spoon. Let come to room temperature and then cool in refrigerator. Break into small pieces.
Can put wax paper between the broken pieces when storing them in a closed container or plastic bag in the refrigerator.
