Big Chunk Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 big Tbsp. molasses
    1 stick margarine, heated
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Saco Big Chunk chocolate pieces
    1/2 c. diced dates
    1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together with wooden spoon.
    Add margarine, egg and vanilla to mixture and stir.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flour onto the dates to keep them from sticking together and add dates, nuts and chocolate.
    Stir.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and spread with fingers.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
