No Fuss Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 1/2 c. peanuts
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put popcorn in a large (grocery) brown bag.
    Combine sugar, syrup, salt and butter in a glass bowl.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after every minute until mixture comes to a boil.
    Microwave 2 more minutes.
    Stir in baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn.
    Shake bag.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake bag again.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more.
    Pour into large pan; stir to separate.
