Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts (about 5)
orange juice concentrate
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix

Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts with a rolling pin between sheets of wax paper.
Prepare stuffing mix with orange juice (I make the orange juice, but the recipe calls for use of the concentrate) instead of water.
