King Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. Swiss or Gruyere cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
dash of white pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Line an unbaked pie shell with pastry.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside.
In a blender combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
Process until smooth.
Add cheese, onion and pepper, then blend at low speed for 2 to 3 seconds; just to combine.
Fold in crab meat.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until top puffs up and is golden brown.
Remove from oven to rest 10 minutes before serving so custard can firm.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
