Mexican Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 medium can whole tomatoes in tomato paste
    1 c. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large saucepan. Saute onions and pepper until soft.
    Add garlic.
    Add tomatoes and wine and season with cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Add shrimp and simmer about 20 minutes, until shrimp are pink.
