Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced apples
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, then fold in apples and nuts. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
