Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces
melted margarine
finely crushed equal parts crackers and cornflakes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Dip raw pieces of chicken
into
melted margarine, then roll in crumbs.
Place in well oiled, 9 x 13-inch baking dish, laying pieces side by side, not
crowding.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour
or
until meat is brown and tender.
