Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. asparagus juice, drained from can
1 small jar pimento
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. grated cheese
1 (No. 2) can green asparagus, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
3 hard-boiled eggs
melted butter
Preparation

Make cream sauce with butter, flour, milk and asparagus juice. Add grated cheese.
Season with salt and Tabasco.
Alternate layers of asparagus, sliced eggs, pimento and sauce.
Again layer. Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 20 minutes.
Serves 10.
