Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Crowley cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 can favorite pie filling (optional)
Preparation

Grease 9-inch spring pan (leaving 1-inch at the top). Dust with graham cracker crumbs.
