Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. chopped onion *
    1 c. chopped celery *
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    *I chop mine in a dicer.
