Fish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked salmon, well drained (water packed)
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Place loaf in an oiled loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until brown and firm.
    Yield:
    5 servings. Carbohydrate 21 g, protein 30 g, fat 10 g, calories 294.
    One serving = 3 1/2 meat low-fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 vegetable exchange.
