Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, plain not marinated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
garlic to taste
sprinkle or so paprika
Preparation

Drain and mash artichokes.
Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
Top with paprika.
Bake in ovenproof dish for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
