Aunt Velma'S Baked Oats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients with a whisk.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon.
    Raisins, nuts, etc., can be added.
    Bake in a 5 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be doubled.
    One-half cup of brown Sugar Twin can be substituted for a diabetic.
