Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. water with 1 chicken bouillon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 (7 oz.) spaghetti
    1 c. chopped chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain the spaghetti; break into quarters.
    Saute the onion and celery in margarine.
    Add the broth and cream cheese. Stir over low heat until the cream cheese melts.
    Add all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
    Mix lightly.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
