Mama'S Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cauliflower, washed and separated
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine
2 slices toast
Preparation

In saucepan, boil cauliflower in water and salt.
Drain and place in baking dish.
Make sauce in skillet with margarine, milk, and flour.
Cook until thickened.
Pour over cauliflower in baking dish.
Rub toast together over cauliflower with sauce and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
