Muffins And Boiled Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp flour
Preparation

Heat two cups of milk in a large glass bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile blend the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Add to hot milk.
Cook in microwave stirring every few minutes until thickened.
Makes 10 servings.
