Orange Supreme Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 3 oz. pkgs. orange jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 # 13 1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice
    2 - 8 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained and save juice
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
    3 oz. pkg. instant lemon pie mix
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add 1 1/4 cups of drained juice (use more pineapple than orange).
    Add all of the thawed orange juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in fruit.
    Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and chill.
