Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 large can tomatoes
    6 to 8 zucchini, sliced
    grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    chili powder
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain fat.
    Add sliced onion.
    Season with chili powder, garlic salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, drained and broken up.
    Add zucchini and stir (may need additional salt and pepper).
    Cover and cook over medium heat until zucchini is tender. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
    Put in a baking dish.
    Cover with cheese and bake until melted (350\u00b0).
    Great with Salsa Brava hot sauce.
