Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage (I use hot)
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1/2 fine chopped onion
    1 can crescent rolls
Preparation
    Brown sausage and beef with onion.
    Drain on paper towel until cool.
    Roll out 1/2 crescent rolls to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat egg with dash of salt.
    Mix with meat mixture, adding grated cheese.
    Place in roll crust.
    Roll out remaining rolls to top pie. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until evenly browned.
