Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. All Bran cereal
    1 c. 100% bran, mixed in 1 c. boiling water, let cool
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, salad oil and eggs.
    Mix together flour, salt, soda, cereal, bran, buttermilk and raisins.
    To sugar mixture add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and bran mixture.
    Mix well, adding raisins.
    Fill greased muffin tins about 2/3 and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
    Make about 3 dozen, depending on size.
    Batter will keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
