Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Grease cookie sheets.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Crush stuffing mix into fine crumbs.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls.
    Place on prepared cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.
    Serve on toothpicks. Makes 50 appetizers.
