Spinach Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 frozen pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted and drained (not cooked)
    6 eggs, beaten well in blender
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix butter and flour; add to beaten eggs.
    Fold in cottage cheese, spinach and grated cheese.
    Grease an oblong pan (8 x 13-inch).
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
