Microwave Fresh Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion (with top)
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    dash of white pepper
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon, dry
Preparation
    Place onion and margarine in 4 cup measure.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) until onion is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Mix in flour.
    Stir in water, mushrooms, bouillon and white pepper. cover tightly and microwave until boiling, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in half and half.
    Microwave uncovered until hot, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
