Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9-inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until done in center.
