Smoked Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.
Combine salmon with remaining ingredients, except walnuts and parsley.
Chill.
Shape into log. Roll log in parsley and walnuts.
